Chairman, Board of Directors:
We are advocates for a safe, efficient and profitable transportation industry across all sectors and industry types whether small or large, domiciled or non-domiciled in Massachusetts. We are experts in Commercial Motor Vehicle operations, offering assistance in Federal, State, and local compliance information. We welcome and encourage our members to participate in our fall and spring meetings, committee meetings, board of directors meetings, our truck driving championships and scholarship events.
The New Year brings new challenges, which are nothing new for our industry, and the MMTA is responsive to the changing environment. This is the time for you to get involved. We are always monitoring legislative initiatives and regulations that will affect you and your company. Our Associate members, the suppliers to the industry, range from Insurance providers to Drug and Alcohol testing companies and many even serve as your members benefit providers. Their expertise can help your bottom line and ensure compliance in these dynamic times.
My company, New England Tractor Trailer Training, has always relied on information from MMTA. Their knowledge in areas of operations are critical to me and my company. It gives me great personal and professional pride to serve as Chairman of the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association. I expect to continue the important work done by past Chairman and past and current Board of Directors. We need your help and participation.
